Staff Recognition Program
The Arts and Sciences is pleased to announce the first inaugural Staff Excellence Recognition Program. This Staff Recognition Portal is used to express gratitude and/or acknowledge exceptional levels of performance of Arts and Sciences colleagues.
Simply fill out the online form with the staff member's name and position, and a sentence or two about their contribution. (If you wish, you may submit your kudos anonymously.) Your participation could make a colleague's day, boost morale across our community—and benefit your own well-being, too. Research has shown that cultivating gratitude can have a powerful impact on mental health.
