Undergraduate & Staff Research Assistance

Hiring Student Research Assistants

Dartmouth offers undergraduates a broad array of hands-on research opportunities both in and out of the classroom. Students gain valuable skills and experience with world-class scholars, while also helping advance the work of our talented faculty. The Office of Undergraduate Advising & Research (UGAR) facilitates these important collaborations, supporting both students pursuing research and faculty members who serve as academic mentors and role models. More information about hiring undergraduates to assist with research projects may be found in the UGAR guide for faculty advisors.

Hiring Staff Research Assistants

Staff positions in the Arts & Sciences, including temporary positions, are posted through the Dartmouth Online Review and Recruit (DORR) system. The Arts & Sciences Finance Center facilitates the process for recruiting and hiring research staff.
